Yigal Ilin is a senior postdoctoral researcher in the Qcomm Theory Lab.
Biography
He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Technion—Israel Institute of Technology, hosted by Uzi Pereg. His goal is to explore novel methods that demonstrate quantum utility, where quantum computers potentially surpass classical capabilities, and to design algorithms that realize these methods, particularly on today’s noisy quantum devices.
Research Interests
Quantum computation, quantum information, and their integration with classical fields, such as machine learning and information theory.
